Characters & mastery
Choose your fighting style, develop your character and make your branch choice count.
The Guardian is always free. Your first starter is also free, once per account. Additional starters cost 45,000 OIL each.
Your active character brings a distinct mechanic to combat. Weapons, equipment and mastery complement that choice. You can manage characters through the portal or the Characters & Mastery panel in Discord.
Meet the 11 starters
Six stages. One permanent branch choice.
Mastery belongs to each character. Stage 1 is included; stages 2–6 are purchased with OIL. At stage 5, choose branch A or B permanently. The mastery of your selected character applies in supported battles.

The full upgrade path costs 180,000 OIL per character, excluding the purchase of an additional starter. Always read the current cost and effect in the confirmation panel.
Additional character appearances shown in the collection are not all available to regular accounts. The game displays which ones you can choose. Story companions such as Jessie, Garrick and Zoe are a separate part of the campaign.
The Guardians Compendium. A Discord RPG built and run by Max. A reference guide based on the game code and content, updated periodically. Reward amounts, drop rates, daily caps, prices and which panels are up are set by Max on the server the bot lives in.
