Bought from the Shop panel with Oil Coins, stored in your bag, used on your turn. Prices are set by Max — these are the standard defaults.

The Guard Potion is the flat −50% next hit. The Parry action is a separate block-and-counter mechanic — they are not the same thing.
Tournament restrictions
Tournament allows exactly four: Ultra Health Potion, Protective Shield Potion, Mind Cleanser, Power Potion. One per round.
How to actually use them
Pre-load a Guard Potion before a hit you can see coming. Heal at 30–40% HP rather than waiting for critical. To reach Ultra Focus you Rest twice — a second Rest while already Focused upgrades you; a Focus Potion only ever grants plain Focus and is blocked if you already have it.
There is also a Black Market with rotating stock, and event panels with their own items.
